Incredible India

Perhaps the best website on Indian cuisine. Although Peppertrail only touches on a small part of regional cuisines, it is still a fascinating journey. Exploring the historical kingdom of Kochi in central Kerala, home of black pepper, this web site showcases author Ammini Ramachandran's writings on the history, traditions and cuisines of Kerala. It enlightens and touches on the many aspects of a rich albeit simple cuisine by exploring cultural traditions and delving into culinary history.

Surfer's tip: If you like to read about culinary history, this site is for you.
